Mar-a-Lago a-go-go and why the consultant class has to be gutted.

The Mar-a-Lago push back is exposing more malfeasance, and more questions. For those that like the legal side, here are people that I pay attention to:

The Egregious Liz Cheney has lost her race. Sadly, thanks to the political consultant and donor class, other fossils and phonies remain a festering boil on the body of the Republic (looking at you, Mike Pence).

And part of the donor and consultant class goals are to keep their “chosen ones” in places of power. Which brings us to the Gascòn Recall…

It went down in flames, and RedState Managing Editor Jennifer Van Laar gives the deep dive on why this occurred.

Well worth the read!

EXCLUSIVE: Recall Gascon Committee Knowingly Turned in Invalid Petition Signatures, Misled Donors and Volunteers

This is Los Angeles County’s outlook for the next two years Gascòn has left in office. Bleeding of residents, bleeding from crime, and the residents who remain making criminals bleed.

No middle ground.

Note: Forgive my own misuse of terms in explaining some of the Recall process. Once a California Recall petition is approved by the County apparatus, then the “signature” gathering process begins. Organizers are required to submit a requisite amount of signatures from registered voters in said County or State by a certain date. If this requirement is met, the signatures must be verified and then certified by the County and/or State election apparatus.

If and when this occurs, the Recall vote (“Yes” to remove, “No” to retain) is then placed on the county/state election ballot.

The Gascòn Recall organizers claimed they had turned in more than 717,000 unverified signatures. In order for the Recall to qualify for the November 2022 ballot, 566,857 signatures needed to be verified and certified.

Out of the 715,000 signatures submitted by the Recall Gascon organizers to Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder Dean Logan to count, more than 195,000 had been deemed invalid.

I interchanged terms in my rant, which only adds to the confusion. Sorry about that!

One tip on getting the candidates we need and want? Starve the party apparatus of money and send your money direct to chosen candidates.
