Gavin Newsom Has COVID, And I Don't Feel Too Good Myself
Really, how does he look himself in the mirror?

This is not good news for California’s mountain communities. People are literally freezing and dying in the San Bernardino and San Gabriel Mountains. The death toll has reached 12 as of this writing.
California residents are still grappling with the effects of a once-a-generation weather event which saw staggering amounts of snow fell in the San Bernardino and San Gabriel mountain ranges in late February, where thousands of people live in wooded enclaves.
Roofs collapsed, cars were buried and roads were blocked. The power went out in many communities and authorities reported possible gas leaks and storm-related fires.
Newsom declared emergencies in 13 of California's 58 counties beginning March 1, including in San Bernardino County.
Meanwhile, Elinor 'Dolly' Avenatti, 93, was named yesterday as one of the 12 people who have died since the storms swept through California.
Avenatti, who lived alone, was found by concerned neighbors after her Crestline neighborhood lost power and she was left without access to food for nearly two weeks.
As of Wednesday, three people were found dead during welfare checks, and at least one person died in a car crash due to the poor road conditions.
So, a new storm is not good news, and more deaths may soon follow.
Meanwhile, in Los Angeles, three police officers were shot on Wednesday evening.

Obviously an ambush. Probably cartel— or gang-related. What amazes me is that it is still not being given much press. The escalation of crime and the targeting of law enforcement continues apace in California, but the homegrown team of McClatchy and their cohorts simply yawn.
What is being given press? The feckless Governor Hair Gel and his supposed bravery to call out Red State governors. After declaring the state of emergency a week ago, Newsom decided to do, “Where’s Gavin?”— his fourth or fifth sudden and unexplained disappearance over the past year. His press office finally revealed that declaring a state of emergency in 13 counties was just too much for his delicate psyche. So, he needed to take some personal time.

Where Newsom chose to take this personal time is even more sus.
Newsom went to Baja, Mexico.
This is the same Mexico where four of our citizens were kidnapped and two murdered by the cartels. But, I digress…..
While sunning his backside, Newsom had time to tweet about pharmaceutical conglomerate Walgreens. The corporation stated that it would follow other state’s laws in regards to abortifacient drugs, and not distribute Mifepristone in their pharmacies where the state has restricted or barred distribution of the drug.
Like the Queen he is, Mr. Pro-Choice Freedom threw a hissy fit.

Newsom followed this up by refusing to renew Walgreens $54 million dollar contract with the state.
Newsom’s office announced Wednesday that California would be “pulling back” a renewal of a $54 million contract with Walgreens that would have taken effect May 1, 2023.
California’s Department of General Services holds a contract with the retailer “to procure specialty pharmacy prescription drugs,” mostly used by the state’s Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and its correctional health care system, Newsom’s office said in a news release.
The state will explore other options “for furnishing the same services,” his office said.
Newsom returned on Sunday, and then declared that there would be no traditional “State of the State” address.
His citizens are dying—either in their homes or on the streets. But this is Gavin Newsom’s idea of leadership.
Then, after years of proudly spouting about being vaxxed and quadruple-boosted, when Newsom returned from the sandy beaches, it was announced that he once again tested positive for COVID.

Newsom “isolating” means he has more time to tweet nonsense and garbage. On Wednesday, he went for the Triple Clown.

Tennessee’s legislature working to pass laws on behalf of their citizens gets more of Newsom’s attention than the state he’s supposed to be governing.
It’s Thursday. I have yet to see a tweet, a statement, or any pretense of concern for the people suffering and dying in the San Bernardino Mountains, or about those dead cops in L.A.
This behavior is abysmal for any so-called leader, but particularly for someone that is slathering to become the President of the United States.
Newsom really needs to step down and allow someone who actually wants to lead the state to do it, because California and Californians are on the precipice. But he won’t. Newsom loves the megaphone and moral authority he has as governor of a large state. If he didn’t have that, his raving lunacy would be exactly what it is: the rantings of a madman.
He is running for office. Let’s make sure people know about his record. Thx
